5 Timesavers in my Business
Today I’m spilling my top 5 timesavers in my business, and I have to share because I see so many business owners struggling with these same issues. Keep reading for my best kept not-so-secret tools I use at least weekly to save time in my business on mundane tasks.
LIGHTROOM MOBILE: This is how I edit photos on the road or in a pinch. If you want your own photos to be consistent, invest in learning this app and finding your signature style! The app on its own is free, so no excuses for not putting in some time!
IN SHOT: This app is solely responsible for me being able to try IG Reels so quickly. You can edit various clips together that you’ve had for months and then upload that collected 15/30 second video into Instagram to then add text and music. Timesaver for sure!
OTTER: Best kept secret in the app world, in my opinion. Otter is like voice memos in turbo mode. Record conversations or ideas quickly, AND have it transcribe the entire thing?? It’s super accurate, and blog posts/podcast episodes are written and ready to upload much faster! Boom.
MILE IQ: Mileage used to be the thing I would scramble to collect for taxes – receipts, credit card statements, you name it. This app records your business mileage when you log in, and that data might give you insight into how to save money on car insurance or premiums too.
SOCIAL CURATOR: It’s critical for me to have a group of people I feel safe asking for help, giving help to, and celebrating our wins. Find a community period – we are not meant to do life or business alone. We need each other!
I have to say Otter is the game changer for me – I am a big manual notetaker and this one saves a ton of time when I need written word for blog posts.
